We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any part of the website at any time.

Quotes, Payments & Refunds

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Project work begins only after the first agreed payment or deposit is received.
Payments are non-refundable once work has started, due to the customized nature of our services.
Late payments may result in paused work or delayed project delivery.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and required materials (text, images, login access, etc.)
Approve work in a timely manner
Secure permission for any third-party content they provide

ValU Art & Tech is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client materials.

Intellectual Property

All custom designs and work produced remain the property of ValU Art & Tech until the full project payment is received.
After full payment, ownership transfers to the client (except for third-party licensed content such as stock photos or premium plugins).

We may display finished work in our online portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms such as hosting providers, analytics tools, or plugins.
ValU Art & Tech is not responsible for:

- Downtime or errors caused by third-party platforms
- Changes in third-party pricing or availability

Limitation of Liability

ValU Art & Tech is not liable for:

Loss of profits
Business interruptions
Website downtime
Errors caused by external providers or user misuse

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
